Piedmont Columbus Midtown in Georgia offers a 12-month Nurse Residency program to transition new graduates from student to professional nurse through education, mentorship and peer support. It blends precepted orientation with blended learning across Acute Care, Critical Care, ED, and more.

The program emphasizes clinical judgment, communication, teamwork and ongoing professional development, with opportunities for growth. Start date October 2026 and strong emphasis on patient safety.

Formación

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New Graduates eligible to apply.
• Current Georgia RN license; BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced certification in specialty if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff and maintain standards of practice.
