Piedmont Healthcare in Georgia offers a 12-month RN Residency Program starting February/March 2027, guiding new graduates from student to professional nurse through education, mentorship and hands-on practice.

The program features precepted orientation, blended learning, and opportunities across Acute Care, Critical Care, Emergency Department, Women's Services, cardiovascular care, and more, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program
• Current Georgia RN license
• BLS certification required
• New Graduates eligible for residency program

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes.
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality care.
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability within organizational policies.
