• Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift, identifying changes in status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the provider; document care.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor response, notify provider if issues arise.
• Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests and addressing needs.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers about condition, plan of care, medications, and follow-up measures.
