HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital is seeking December 2025 Galen College of Nursing graduates to join the Nurse Residency Program. This year-long, paid residency provides hands-on clinical experience and mentorship to bridge student nursing to registered nurse practice.

You will train with nurse educators and experienced staff, develop critical thinking, and participate in an evidence-based project while delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN student in final semester.
• Must be eligible for RN licensure upon graduation.
• Participation in a structured Nurse Residency program is required.

Responsibilities
