The RN Resident coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers, following established nursing models and a focus on patient experience.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required within specified timeframes.
• RN license in the state or eligibility as a Graduate Nurse.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, noting changes.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses; escalate as needed.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with care team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
