Job summary

NPHire in Friendswood, TX is seeking a part-time NP/PA for a men's wellness practice. The role includes on-site days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, plus one remote admin day Monday, with no weekends or holidays.

You will manage testosterone optimization, weight management, and related therapies, performing consultations, labs, and treatment planning with support from MAs and front-office staff.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP (Family or Adult) or licensed PA with active Texas license.
• Active DEA registration.
• Minimum 2 years as NP/PA; RN experience not counted.
• Experience in hormone optimization or weight loss therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run new-patient consultations, physical assessments, and follow-ups.

Friendswood, TX | Part-Time | $65 to $75+/hr | No Weekends, Holidays, or Call | Tue, Wed, Fri On-Site + Remote Admin Monday

Three on-site days, one remote admin day, and no weekends, holidays, or call. This part-time NP / PA role at a men's wellness and hormone optimization practice in Friendswood, TX fits a life outside the clinic. Your on-site days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with MA and front-office support each day.

Key Responsibilities

• Run new-patient consultations, physical assessments, and follow-ups
• Treat testosterone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, ED, and other men's wellness needs
• Order and interpret labs, and build and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Document on time and work closely with MAs, front office, ownership, and the Medical Director

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP (Family or Adult) or licensed PA, with an active Texas license
• At least 2 years as a licensed NP or PA (RN experience does not count)
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in hormone therapy (TRT/hormone optimization) OR in weight loss management and peptide therapy. Experience in all three is preferred.
• Active DEA registration
• Available on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, plus a remote admin day Monday
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills, and comfortable discussing testosterone, weight management, and elective treatments candidly

Schedule & Compensation

• $65 to $75+/hr based on experience | Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Tue 8 AM to 5 PM | Wed 9 AM to 6 PM | Fri 7 AM to 4 PM | Remote admin Monday | No weekends, holidays, or call
• Malpractice paid in full | Paid training | DEA and licensing support | PTO after about 90 days
