Job description

A growing hormone optimization and wellness practice in Friendswood, Texas is hiring a part-time NP or PA to own its clinical experience. You'll lead testosterone optimization, medically guided weight loss, sexual health, peptide therapy, and vitamin and performance therapies for a primarily male patient base that includes first responders, veterans, dads, and business owners. Patient volume is kept manageable on purpose, so you have real time for evaluations, lab review, and education. A care coordinator handles all pricing and closing conversations, so you're never expected to sell. You'll work alongside MAs, front-office staff, ownership, and a Medical Director, with room to grow into clinical leadership. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday onsite, no weekends, no holidays, no call.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient consultations, physical assessments, and follow-up visits
• Evaluate and treat patients for testosterone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, and sexual health
• Order and interpret labs, adjusting treatment plans as results come in
• Build individualized plans from symptoms, history, labs, and exam findings, and explain them clearly
• Answer general pricing questions when they come up (a care coordinator owns the formal pricing conversation)
• Monitor progress and flag concerns or inadequate response to treatment
• Keep documentation complete, accurate, and on time
• Collaborate with MAs, front office, ownership, and the Medical Director; mentor clinical staff as you grow

Qualifications

• Active Texas NP or PA license
• Board-certified FNP or AGPCNP, or licensed PA
• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in hormone optimization/TRT (RN experience does not count)
• Active DEA registration required (practice updates the address and covers renewal if lapsed)
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and time-management skills
• Comfortable discussing testosterone, sexual health, weight management, and elective treatments candidly with patients
• Clear communicator on benefits, risks, alternatives, and expected outcomes

Schedule & Compensation

• $65–$75+/hour based on experience + performance-based bonus opportunities
• Monday admin day | No weekends, holidays, or call | Fully onsite Friendswood, TX
