Job summary

NPHire in Houston, TX is seeking a part-time NP/PA to join a growing men’s wellness practice. The role supports TRT or weight loss/peptide therapies with paid training on day one to round out the rest.

The position offers on-site days Tue, Wed, Fri with a remote admin day Monday; compensation ranges from $65 to $75+ per hour, with performance bonuses and benefits like DEA/licensing support and PTO after about 90 days.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP (Family or Adult) or licensed PA with Texas license.
• At least 2 years as NP/PA; RN experience not counted.
• 2+ years in hormone therapy OR weight loss therapy with peptide experience.
• Active DEA registration.
• On-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; remote admin Monday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-patient consultations, physical assessments, and follow-ups.
• Treat testosterone optimization, peptide therapy, medical weight loss, ED, and other men’s wellness needs.
• Order and interpret labs, and build and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Document on time and coordinate with MAs, front office, ownership, and Medical Director.
