Job summary

NPHire in Friendswood, TX is seeking a part-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to take ownership of patient care in a wellness clinic. The schedule includes three on-site days and a remote admin day, with no weekends, holidays, or call.

You’ll focus on hormone therapy or weight loss and peptide therapies and will receive paid training on day one. Earn $65 to $75+ per hour with room to grow into clinical leadership, while staying balanced with a supportive team and enhanced licensed

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP (Family or Adult) or licensed PA with an active Texas license.
• Minimum 2 years as a licensed NP or PA (RN experience not counted).
• 2+ years hands-on experience in hormone therapy OR weight loss and peptide therapy; experience in all three preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform new-patient consultations, physical assessments, and follow-up visits in an outpatient wellness setting.
• Provide care across hormone optimization, medically guided weight loss, peptide therapy, and vitamin and performance therapies.
• Order and interpret labs, and build and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Explain benefits, risks, and alternatives clearly so patients understand and trust their plan.
• Monitor progress, flag concerns early, and keep documentation complete and on time.
• Collaborate with MAs, front office, ownership, and the Medical Director, and mentor staff as you grow.

Job Overview

A relationship-driven wellness clinic in Friendswood, TX is hiring a PA or NP to take real ownership of patient care. The schedule is three on-site days, a remote admin day on Monday, and no weekends, holidays, or call. You’ll focus on personalized wellness medicine: thorough evaluations, lab-driven treatment plans, and follow-through that gets patients results. You’ll never be expected to sell. Bring a background in either hormone therapy or weight loss and peptides. You’ll get paid training on day one and room to grow into clinical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Available on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, plus a remote admin day Monday
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills, and comfortable discussing testosterone, weight management, and elective treatments candidly

Schedule & Compensation

• $65 to $75+/hr based on experience | Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Tue 8 AM to 5 PM | Wed 9 AM to 6 PM | Fri 7 AM to 4 PM | Remote admin Monday | No weekends, holidays, or call
• Malpractice paid in full | Paid training | DEA and licensing support | PTO after about 90 days
