Loyal Source is seeking an Examiner Nurse Practitioner to conduct Compensation & Pension disability examinations for Veterans applying for VA benefits. This role is evaluation-focused, with no prescribing or ongoing patient management.

Based in Nashua, NH, the position offers a predictable weekday schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and about 10% travel to support other Loyal Source clinics. Salary is $129,192 per year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a professional nursing program.
• Active, valid, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the United States.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Outlook, Adobe PDF and EMR systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Conduct C&P disability examinations for Veterans in accordance with VA requirements.
• Review medical records, diagnostic tests and supporting documentation.
• Perform focused physical assessments related to claimed conditions.
• Prepare objective, evidence-based medical opinions and complete documentation accurately.
• Use examination and case management systems to organize workload and submit findings.
• Maintain compliance with VA training, HIPAA, privacy standards, and Loyal Source policies.
