Job summary

Medrina is expanding in Somerset, MA and seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our physician-owned group in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. You will focus on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.

The role offers Monday–Friday schedules (4–5 days/week) with no nights or weekends, providing strong work-life balance and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

Active NP license in Massachusetts required.
Active DEA license or ability to obtain before start.
Minimum 1 year of NP experience in SNF/geriatrics/rehab preferred.
Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations.
Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills.
Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR.
