Medrina is expanding in Albany, Oregon and seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our SNF team focused on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management. Work with a collaborative lead provider in a physician-owned group.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, full- or part-time options, and a strong work-life balance in a SNF setting with mentorship and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Oregon
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of NP clinical experience (SNF, geriatrics, IM, or rehab preferred)
• Experience managing adult/geriatric populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management
• Comfortable working independently in SNF setting

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients: assessments, diagnosis, and care plans
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab, post-stroke, and chronic pain conditions
• Ensure accurate, timely EMR documentation

Skills
