Medrina is expanding in Somerset, MA and seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our physician-owned group in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. You will focus on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.

The role offers Monday–Friday schedules (4–5 days/week) with no nights or weekends, providing strong work-life balance and opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Active NP license in Massachusetts required.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain before start.
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience in SNF/geriatrics/rehab preferred.
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
