Job summary

Medrina is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our physician-owned medical group in Somerset, MA, focusing on SNF post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management.

You will work with a collaborative lead provider, provide patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans, and document in EMR. This role offers a weekday schedule with no nights or weekends and opportunities for mentorship and professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physician Assistant license.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Minimum 1 year of PA clinical experience; SNF/geriatrics/rehab preferred.
• Experience with adult/geriatric patient populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR.
