Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team in skilled nursing facilities. This autonomous role focuses on continuity of care with your own panel and ongoing relationships with patients and families.

You will see roughly 16-20 patients daily, perform wellness visits and H&Ps, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate with physicians, specialists, and facility staff. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Board certification required (e.g., AGNP, FNP) - active and unrestricted.
• Valid, unrestricted NP license in the state of operation.
• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred.
• Strong independent clinical judgment and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, autonomous Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team full time, providing primary and episodic care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This is an independent role built around continuity - you'll manage your own panel and build long-term relationships with patients and their families. New grads welcome!

Your Day-to-Day
