Job summary

SCAN Group seeks an experienced nurse practitioner leader to manage programs and clinicians delivering primary care within an integrated care delivery model. You will supervise clinical teams, ensure ethical, high-quality patient care, and onboard staff across specialties.

You will collaborate with senior management to develop new plans, monitor performance metrics, and promote care innovations for seniors and the community. A strong focus on Medicaid/Medicare and strategic growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Oregon RN/NP licensure required; certification in area of specialty preferred.
• 5+ years of recent NP experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with Medicaid and Medicare.
• Strong strategic thinking to develop new clinical products and services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and clinicians providing primary care to SCAN members within the integrated care delivery model.
• Oversee clinical teams to achieve defined care outcomes and ensure adherence to ethical and quality standards.
• Onboard, train and develop clinicians within the integrated care delivery model.
• Develop and monitor success metrics; adjust programs to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior management on operational issues and new program development.
• Maintain confidentiality and build relationships with stakeholders to promote growth and quality outcomes.
