Job summary

One to One Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care in a clinic setting. You will evaluate and treat health concerns, manage treatment plans under a supervising physician, and support health screenings and preventive programs.

Ideal candidates hold an active NP or PA license, have 1 year of family/internal/urgent care experience, and are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. DEA license is a plus and BLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervising physician.
• Evaluate and treat health problems using evidence-based protocols.
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests.
• Manage pre-employment and wellness physicals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and make referrals.
• Enter patient data into the EMR system accurately.
