Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco, CA is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for primary care, including in-office, testing centers, and telehealth visits. You will manage a diverse patient panel, collaborate with in-person and virtual teams, and pursue state licensure expansion for virtual care in additional states.

CA licensure by start date is required, with 2+ years outpatient primary care experience or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California, obtained by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year plus a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs across acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training and performing in-office procedures where appropriate.
