One Medical is seeking a licensed NP or PA to join our San Francisco team in a full-time, inpatient-ready, primary care role. You will manage a patient panel, provide in-office and telehealth visits, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and cross-functional collaboration.

California licensure and national certification are required, with 2+ years in outpatient care and LARC experience a plus. The role is based in our Pacific Heights office, offering a comprehensive benefits package, a base

Qualifications

  • Completed NP or PA program with national certification.
  • Licensed to practice in California by start date.
  • 5 years as Advanced Practitioner with primary care exposure.
  • Experience in outpatient primary care and possible urgent care fellowship.

Responsabilités

  • Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
  • Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and tele-health visits.
  • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and team huddles.
  • Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
  • Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures as appropriate.
  • May pursue additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care.
