Position Overview

• Location: Surprise, AZ
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Compensation: $120k - $150k/year
• Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities

• Perform physical exams and interpret lab results
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Provide compassionate patient care addressing physical and emotional needs
