We are actively recruiting high-caliber medical doctors to conduct visits with patients for obesity management (weight loss).

Not accepting applications for PA, NP at this time.

License Requirements

• Active DEA Certification
• Registered and has access to Prescription Drug Monitoring Program in each state
• Active Medical License and PDMP access in any of the following states: CA, CO, CT, IA, NE, NY, NC, TX, and PA

Ideal Candidates

• Commit to a minimum of 15 hours a week
• Kind and empathetic personality, providing an exceptional patient experience on each visit
• Knowledge in obesity management and/or weight loss treatment options
• Good telephone manners and etiquette
• Tech savvy
• Thorough charting into patient records after every interaction and visit
• Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) lookup prior to completing visit
• Scheduled V prescription options for weight loss (phentermine)

Responsibilities

• Set and manage your own schedule (minimum of 15 hours/week)
• Patients schedule visits based on your availability
• Access patient medical files and order history to determine if prescriptions should be approved during the visit
• Discuss and review patient's medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
• Review patient RX history via PDMP before prescribing; enter detailed notes into patient chart
• Provide accurate diagnoses, treatment plans, and medication prescriptions via audio/video calls and written communication
• Comply with ethical, legal, and professional guidelines

Compensation

For controlled RX programs (e.g., phentermine): $30 per completed audio/video visit.

On average, providers can complete 6-10 visits per hour depending on licensed states.

A completed visit involves either approving or denying a prescription request; there is no prescribing incentive.
