We are seeking a motivated Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. As a Telehealth Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will deliver remote patient consultations via our healthcare platform, supporting patients in managing their health. We foster a positive work culture focused on providing valuable healthcare solutions.

Candidates must reside in one of these states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Texas.

Responsibilities

• Ask diagnostic questions to identify causes of illness or injury.
• Make informed diagnoses based on scientific knowledge, medical history, exams, and testing.
• Order and interpret lab tests and diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications with clear instructions.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, NPs, and the healthcare team.
• Continuously learn and innovate for better patient outcomes.
• Build trust and compassion with patients.
• Adapt and resolve issues for patient benefit.
• Support a diverse patient age range from newborns to geriatrics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or family/primary care as an APP.
• At least 2 years of rural medicine experience as an APP.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Ability to provide compassionate care and establish rapport.
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies, diagnostics, and record interpretation.
• Knowledge of common medications, side effects, and contraindications.
• Respect for patient confidentiality and healthcare preferences.
• Multiple licenses are a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay range: $45-$70/hr

Work schedule: 4 days/week, 10 hours/day, from 6pm MST to 4am MST.
