Compensation
- Hourly base pay of $55-$72, based on relevant experience, clinical capabilities, and qualifications.
- Service commission of 15% of net collected revenue from designated eligible packages, services, and procedures, paid in addition to hourly base pay. Not all visits or treatments earn commission.
- Up to $3,000 combined in signing and six-month retention bonuses.
Net collected revenue means eligible revenue actually collected, less applicable direct treatment consumables. The written compensation plan identifies which packages, services, and procedures qualify and sets the commission terms.
The combined signing/retention bonus split, eligibility, and payment terms are confirmed in the written offer.
