Job summary

Beauté Paris Medical Spa / Integrative Wellness in Austin, TX seeks an on-site clinician with Texas FNP/APRN or PA licensure to conduct consultations, orders, and program management for hormone care and IV therapy. You’ll assess patients, interpret labs, and follow physician protocols.

The role offers hourly pay of $55–$72, plus 15% commission on net revenue and up to $3,000 signing/retention bonuses. Eligible benefits include health coverage contributions, discounts, and discounted services

Qualifications

• Active Texas FNP/APRN or PA license with prescriptive authority.
• Hands-on experience as a wellness practitioner in hormone care, weight management or IV therapy.
• Strong assessment and lab interpretation skills within physician protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and follow-ups reviewing history, meds, symptoms, goals and contraindications.
• Order and interpret labs, explain findings, and manage programs within prescribing authority.
• Perform examinations and clearances for aesthetic and wellness services.
• Monitor treatment response, adverse effects, and maintain thorough records.
• Communicate updates to the medical director and practice team with clear next steps.
