Zusammenfassung

Pain Partners of Texas, PLLC is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/NP or PA) to join our Bee Cave/West Austin team. This is a clinical role in interventional pain management, working closely with a physician in a one-to-one model.

We offer a compensation range of $100,000–$125,000 per year based on experience, plus performance-based incentives, and a full- or part-time schedule from Monday to Friday. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and CME support.

Qualifikationen

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner/APRN or Physician Assistant program.
  • Current, unrestricted Texas APRN/NP or PA license in good standing.
  • Current DEA and Texas DPS registrations, as applicable.
  • Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred/required as applicable.
  • Eligible to practice within the Texas scope of practice.

Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APRN / NP or PA) Location: Bee Cave / West Austin, Texas

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience

Additional Compensation: Performance-based incentives tied to productivity and quality metrics

About the Opportunity

We are a growing, physician-led interventional pain management practice committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care. Our practice takes a collaborative, team-based approach and places a strong emphasis on clinical quality, patient relationships, and individualized treatment plans.

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and clinically strong Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/NP or PA) to join our team in Bee Cave/West Austin.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our physician in a highly collaborative one-to-one clinical model, allowing you to develop your expertise in interventional pain management while playing an important role in the care of our patients.

The ideal candidate is an experienced provider who is confident in patient evaluation and management, communicates exceptionally well, and is interested in developing or expanding their knowledge of interventional pain medicine.

What You’ll Do
  • Evaluate and manage patients presenting with acute and chronic pain conditions.
  • Obtain comprehensive histories and perform physical examinations.
  • Develop appropriate assessments and treatment plans in collaboration with the physician and care team.
  • Provide ongoing follow-up and management of established patients.
  • Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and interventional pain procedures.
  • Develop a strong understanding of interventional pain management procedures and appropriate patient selection.
  • Communicate clinical findings and treatment plans clearly and efficiently with the physician and clinical team.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
  • Complete clinical documentation on the day of the patient encounter whenever possible.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to patient messages, telephone calls, and electronic communications.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable medical, insurance, regulatory, and state requirements.
  • Practice within appropriate professional, ethical, and clinical standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice environment.

Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
  • Experience in interventional pain management, orthopedics, neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or another related outpatient specialty is strongly preferred.
  • Experience evaluating and managing patients with acute and chronic pain is a plus.
  • Experience working closely with physicians in a collaborative outpatient practice is preferred.
  • Experience with electronic health records and clinical messaging platforms.
