The ideal candidate will emphasize preventive care, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and regenerative wellness while delivering evidence-based care and holistic patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the scope of licensure.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using Functional and Integrative Medicine.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in the EMR.
• Order, interpret, and communicate lab and diagnostic results.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per Texas law and clinic protocols.
• Administer IV vitamin infusions, injections, and wellness therapies.
• Perform medical aesthetic procedures including Botox and dermal fillers (experience preferred).
• Provide hormone replacement therapy evaluations and management.
• Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, weight management, and aesthetics.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.

Role Description

Happy Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. This provider will deliver comprehensive patient care with a primary focus on Functional and Integrative Medicine, while also providing medical aesthetic services, including cosmetic injectables and wellness treatments.

The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapy, regenerative wellness, and helping patients achieve both optimal health and aesthetic goals through evidence-based care.

Salary

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 a year

Employment Details

Full-time: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Austin, TX 78789

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the scope of licensure.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing Functional and Integrative Medicine principles.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Texas law and clinic protocols.
• Administer IV vitamin infusions, injections, and other wellness therapies.
• Perform medical aesthetic procedures including:
• Botox® and other neuromodulator injections
• Dermal filler consultations and treatments (experience preferred)
• Medical-grade skincare consultations
• PRP and regenerative aesthetic treatments (preferred)
• Provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) evaluations and ongoing management.
• Educate patients regarding wellness, disease prevention, nutrition, weight management, and aesthetic treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with supervising physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, infection control standards, HIPAA regulations, and state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient documentation.

• Experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine.

• Experience with peptide therapy and medical weight management.
• Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks preferred).
