Pegasus Mobile Wellness in Dallas is redefining on-site wellness by delivering IV therapy and aesthetic services directly to clients' homes, offices, and events across the area.

As a licensed NP or PA, join a mobile, boutique practice with physician-backed support. You will work with our Medical Director, grow a loyal client base, and help expand our services to Austin and Houston.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Texas.
• IV therapy and/or phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Interest in functional, aesthetic, or wellness medicine (willingness to learn).
• Experienced enough to hit the ground running and work independently.
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely goal-driven.
• A creative, hard-working provider who takes pride in aesthetic and wellness work.

Responsibilities

• Travel via our mobile unit to clients' homes, offices, and private venues to deliver IV therapy, lab draws, consultations, and aesthetic treatments.
• Partner with our Medical Director and physician team on hormone optimization, peptide therapy, GLP-1 protocols, and aesthetic services.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with a boutique client base — not rushed, transactional visits.
• Manage inventory.
• Practice with clinical autonomy, backed by physician oversight and support.
• Help shape our aesthetic and wellness offerings as an early member of a growing team.

About Pegasus Mobile Wellness

Pegasus Mobile Wellness is building something that doesn't exist anywhere else in the country: the first fully mobile, concierge wellness and longevity practice, delivered straight to our clients' doorstep. Our custom-outfitted, high-end Mercedes Sprinter van functions as a mobile medical spa, traveling to luxury homes, upscale subdivisions, country clubs, and private events across Dallas — everything from bridal showers and bachelor party recovery sessions to corporate wellness days.

Our practice owner is a well-established marketing and business development expert, and the growth trajectory for this concept is unprecedented.

We're not another sick-care clinic squeezing in forty patients a day. We're a boutique, membership-based practice built around real relationships, real results, and real work-life balance for our providers.

• Men's Wellness (membership model): hormone optimization, ED treatment, peptide therapy, GLP-1, longevity-focused care

• Women's Wellness / Aesthetics: Botox, filler, facials, aesthetic treatments, microneedling, Tixel (a titanium-plated thermal device (not a laser) that delivers the results of a traditional chemical peel with zero downtime and none of the harsh side effects), a full skincare line with exosomes and more.

About You

• Active NP or PA license in Texas

• IV therapy and/or phlebotomy experience preferred

• Interest in functional, aesthetic, or wellness medicine (experience preferred; willingness to learn considered)

• Experienced enough to hit the ground running and work independently

• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely goal-driven

• A creative, hard-working provider who takes pride in aesthetic and wellness work

• A strong clinical background and a desire to grow with the company — compensation will grow alongside you. This is a leadership-track role with the opportunity to help train providers on future vans. We're looking for someone sharp, with a good sense of humor, who's genuinely passionate about this work.
