Senior PsychCare in Clinton, OK is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our mental health team at a state veteran home. The role supports long-term care residents with psychiatric care, using in-person and telehealth visits, under the supervision of experienced psychiatrists.

The position offers full-time or part-time options, competitive compensation, paid training, and strong clinical support. Must be licensed in Oklahoma and able to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in Oklahoma.
• Psychiatric/mental health experience required.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set and manage treatment plans.
• Manage psychotropic medication and dose reductions.
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC's behavioral health team.
• Participate in treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual).
• Deliver care in-person and via telehealth as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.

What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in the state of Oklahoma
• Psychiatric/mental health experience required
• Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
