This role involves close physician collaboration and meaningful patient relationships in a fast-evolving cancer care environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of outpatient oncology experience, Maryland NP licensure, and a strong solid-tumor background.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner credentials and Maryland licensure.
• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience.
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience.
• Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients.
• Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plans.
• Experience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicities.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent patient and family communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with physicians.
• Ability to regularly work between the Bethesda and Glen Burnie locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient oncology care in a clinic setting Monday to Friday.
• Collaborate with Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician founders.
• Receive training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy.
• Monitor patients through their treatment journey and follow-up.
• Spend meaningful time with patients and families to discuss goals and plans.
• Work within a specialized, multidisciplinary clinical team.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Outpatient
Compensation: $150,000–$165,000+ depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-founded, growing network of outpatient clinics focused on precision oncology, theranostics, and innovative cancer treatments.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP with a strong outpatient oncology background who wants meaningful patient relationships, close physician collaboration, and the opportunity to learn and grow in the rapidly expanding field of theranostics.

• Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with predictable clinic hours
