AVA Search Group, LLC is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Practice Provider to join a growing outpatient cancer program in Bethesda and Glen Burnie. Bring your oncology expertise to build meaningful patient relationships while collaborating with Nuclear Medicine Physicians and gaining experience in precision oncology, theranostics, and emerging cancer therapies.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner credentials and Maryland licensure.
• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience.
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and independent oncology patient-management skills.
• Able to regularly work in Bethesda and Glen Burnie.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess and manage outpatient oncology patients.
• Follow patients throughout their cancer treatment journey.
• Review labs, imaging, treatment plans, and treatment response.
• Manage treatment-related symptoms and toxicities.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and a specialized clinical team.
• Educate and support patients and families.
