Job summary

New Solutions in Maryland is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team. This role emphasizes meaningful patient relationships, close physician collaboration, and training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy.

You will have Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with no routine inpatient duties, work with Nuclear Medicine Physicians and founders, and follow patients through their treatment journey, including symptom management and treatment response.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure required.
• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience.
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience.
• Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients.
• Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plans.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent patient and family communication skills.
