New Solutions is seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This role focuses on outpatient care with close physician collaboration and participation in theranostics training alongside Nuclear Medicine Physicians.

The ideal candidate has strong solid-tumor oncology experience, 5+ years as an outpatient NP, can independently assess and manage patients, review labs and imaging, and communicate clearly with patients and families while supporting a dedicated,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience.
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience.
• Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients.
• Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plans.
• Experience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicities.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent patient and family communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday outpatient schedule.
• No routine inpatient responsibilities.
• Work closely with experienced Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician founders.
• Receive training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy.
• Follow patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Spend meaningful time with patients and their families.
• Work with a specialized, collaborative clinical team.
• Exposure to precision oncology and emerging cancer therapies.
