Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-founded network of outpatient clinics focused on precision oncology, theranostics, and innovative cancer treatments. The role is Monday–Friday in outpatient clinics serving Bethesda and Glen Burnie, MD.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience, Maryland NP licensure, and a strong background in solid-tumor oncology with the ability to assess and manage oncology patients independently.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner credentials and Maryland licensure.
• 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience.
• Strong solid-tumor oncology experience.
• Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients.
• Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plans.
• Experience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicities.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent patient and family communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with physicians.
• Ability to regularly work between the Bethesda and Glen Burnie locations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician founders.
• Receive training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy.
• Follow patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Spend meaningful time with patients and their families.
• Collaborate with a specialized clinical team.
• Gain exposure to precision oncology and emerging cancer therapies.
• Help shape a growing clinical program as the organization expands.

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-founded, growing network of outpatient clinics focused on precision oncology, theranostics, and innovative cancer treatments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $150,000 to $165,000
