Medrina in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in McKeesport. You will provide post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working with a collaborative lead provider.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 2–3 days per week, no nights or weekends, with strong work-life balance and support for professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania.
• Active DEA license (or able to obtain prior to start).
• Minimum 1 year of NP clinical experience (SNF/geriatrics/rehab preferred).
• Experience managing adult/geriatric populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management.
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in McKeesport, PA seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Pennsylvania

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
