Premise Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as the sole provider at our Occupational Health Center in Clayton, NC. The NP will practice autonomously with collaborative support from nearby clinical teams as needed.
Responsibilities include exams, procedures, care planning, patient education, diagnostics, and collaboration with physicians. Strong credentials are required, including NP license, state RN license, DEA, and national certification.
