Job summary

Qualifications

• ANP or FNP with a master's degree and NY NP license.
• Active NY RN license.
• 3+ years ambulatory care experience.
• NYS Infection Control certificate.
• AHA BLS at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead site nursing care and staff, partnering with Site Director and Medical Director.
• Own staffing plans, schedules, overtime, and budget compliance.
• Provide floor support, triage, and care coordination with a multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor quality (QI), infection control, and environment of care, and follow up on incidents.
