AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care at our Heritage Center in Huntington, WV. New grads welcome with appropriate certification and licensure.

The base salary ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 116,480 per year, with an attractive incentive program and relocation support. Licensed providers will collaborate with center leadership and the Medical Director to ensure high-quality patient care and compassionate service for

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with NP or PA training.
• Licensed RN and NP with Master's degree and relevant certification.
• PA must have ARC-PA accredited PA program and PANCE exam.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with leadership and medical directors for patient care.
• Support AlignMed’s mission with high-quality healthcare and compassion.
