AlignMed Partners in Huntington, WV is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents. New grads welcome for NP track; on-campus mentorship available.

The base salary ranges from $100,000 to $116,000 per year, with a no-cap incentive bonus program. This role collaborates with the Center Leadership and Medical Director to support AlignMed's mission and patient-centered care in post-acute and long-term settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited nursing program with MSN in Older Adult or Family NP
• PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE
• RN license and NP certification required; PA licensure and DEA for practice
• Minimum two years experience with adult/geriatric population preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
• Support AlignMed Partners' mission through clinical practice and teamwork.
