Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is assisting a Skilled Nursing Facility in Milton, FL to hire a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver primary and post-acute geriatric care.

The NP/PA will administer provider-level direct patient care within the Skilled Nursing Facility, ensuring high-quality geriatric care for residents in a team-based setting. This role is on-site in Milton, Florida with a Monday–Friday schedule and a strong benefits package.
