Job summary
NEHCR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Cedar Grove, NJ. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekend work, and a team-based environment.
Benefits include full medical/dental/vision, 4 weeks PTO plus 1 week CME, and collaborative practice. The primary duties involve provider-level direct patient care within the SNF setting.
