Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to provide primary and post-acute geriatric care at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Waterbury, CT.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no call, no nights, and no weekends, along with full benefits. You will deliver provider-level direct patient care within the facility and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support geriatric patients’ needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold NP or PA license/certification.
• Experience in geriatric care preferred.
• No on-call, no night, and no weekend requirements.
