Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities in Pennsylvania is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to build and manage an on-campus outpatient primary care practice spanning independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing. You will direct the clinical area and lead the team to meet resident health needs, while ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing professional development.

You will also play a key role in developing preventive and well-being services and serve as a clinical preceptor for NP

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Advanced Nursing; geriatrics preferred.
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority in the applicable state.
• Minimum of five years as an NP in primary/urgent care or geriatrics.
• Experience in continuing care, skilled nursing, long-term care or assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Provide services across the continuum of care on campus (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing).
• Plan and direct all functions of the resident care clinical area and day-to-day operations.
• Manage resident healthcare needs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Serve as clinical preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students.
• Develop and implement preventive and well-being services for residents.
