Job summary
AlignMed Partners seeks a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in Shillington, PA. New grads are welcome to apply and will work with a Center Leadership team to meet center goals.
The base salary ranges from $116,480 to $120,640 per year, plus an incentive compensation program and comprehensive benefits; licensure, DEA, and NCCPA credentials are required where applicable, with two years' geriatric experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate from accredited School of Nursing with RN license and NP certification (Older Adult/Family NP).
- PA candidates: ARC-PA-accredited program and PANCE; state licensure; NCCPA certification.
- Minimum two years experience with adult/geriatric population preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care plans.
