Ochsner Health in New Orleans seeks an experienced APRN/PA to deliver high-quality patient care across outpatient and hospital settings. You will work under Medical Director supervision, collaborating with PCCs, nurses, and other staff to manage primary and urgent care needs.

The role requires an APRN license or PA license with NCCPA certification, BCLS/ACLS, and prescriptive authority. Travel between facilities and flexible scheduling are expected.

Formación

• Master’s degree required in nursing; APRN license in-state.
• Current PA license and NCCPA certification required.
• Prescriptive authority as applicable by state board.
• Experience with EMR systems and patient education.
• Must demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizes approved medical practices to deliver patient care.
• Provides care based on patient age groups and criteria.
• Maintains inquiry into medical practices and care outcomes.
• Delivers education to patient families and staff.
• Adapts to diverse patient populations and maintains privacy.
• Performs other related duties as required.
