Job summary

Requires master’s degree (Nurse Practitioner) or PA credential, active state license, BCLS/ACLS, and prescriptive authority eligibility; travel between facilities and flexible 24/7 schedule expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing for Nurse Practitioner path.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant medicine or Health Sciences for PA path.
• Current APRN license in state of practice with prescriptive authority eligibility.
• PA license (NCCPA) for PA path.
• Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications.
• Eligible for prescriptive authority.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes approved medical practices in the delivery of patient care.
• Provides care across physical, psycho/social, educational needs of patients.
• Education to patient families and staff.
• Travel between facilities as needed.
• Maintain compliance with laws and standards.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call schedule.
