Job summary

The nurse will participate in education, stabilization of critically ill patients, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with PCCs, staff nurses, and discharge coordination. Travel between facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing is required
• APRN license in the state of practice is required
• BCLS / ACLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
• Eligible for Prescriptive Authority in the state of practice as outlined by the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the approved medical practices process in the delivery of all patient care.
• Provides care based on patient age groups and care criteria.
• Maintains an attitude of inquiry towards medical practices and patient care outcomes.
