Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking NPs to perform in-home health assessments on a flexible, self-set schedule in Ohio. No on-call nights or weekends required; you determine your days and hours, with a family of pre-populated forms and a simple workflow.

Earn as you commit—base pay per assessment plus tiered incentives. Minimal travel across counties, malpractice insurance included, and both new grads and experienced NPs are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

Compensation — earn more as you commit more:

• Base rate of $80 per completed assessment

• 6–11 visits/day = $500–$1000 per day

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state

Position Details:
