Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking NPs to perform pre-scheduled in-home health assessments across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You control your schedule, with visits allocated to your own hours and region.

Work involves completing forms, no treatment plans, no nights or weekends, and travel with coverage including malpractice insurance. Short- and long-term contracts are available; pay reflects visits per day and market rates.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification required: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience required.

We’re hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state
