Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans on a 1099 basis. You set your schedule with pre-populated forms and structured workflows; no treatment plans or nights.

Travel across counties is supported with malpractice coverage included. New grads are welcome, and compensation is based on completed assessments with a base rate plus pay tiers as you commit hours per month.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience.

We’re hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state

Position Details:
