Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking nurse practitioners for in-home health assessments under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. Pre-populated forms and structured workflows keep the process simple and low-stress.

New grads are welcome and can start with a minimum 60 hours per month. You set your own schedule, travel as needed, and receive malpractice coverage. Short and long-term contracts, plus travel incentives, are available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.

We’re hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

Compensation — earn more as you commit more:

• Base rate of $80 per completed assessment

• 6–11 visits/day = $500–$1000 per day

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state
